HEC Higher Education Commission recently revealed the USAT Undergraduate Admission Test as well as a USAT Test Schedule for 2025. • Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent (12 years of education).
• Awaiting final examination results and expecting to complete HSSC or equivalent by the test date.

HEC USAT Entry Test 2025

Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad announced to conduct of a uniform test for admissions to undergraduate programs in all universities of Pakistan. Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) 2025 will be conducted quarterly and universities will accept the score USAT. The last date for online registration for is extended till 03 April, 2025, and the USAT test will be held on 27 April 2025 tentatively.

PART 1

• Number of test items (75 MCQs)
• Time allowed 100 minutes
• Verbal reasoning: 35
• Quantitative reasoning: 40

PART II

• Time allowed 40 minutes
• Essay writing skills 400-500 words (either in english or Urdu): 25
• Any score above and equal to 50 will be considered a qualifying USAT score. The maximum anyone can score on USAT would be the perfect score of 100.

• Application Submission comprises two steps: profile completion using the “My Profile” section and application submission using the “Undergraduate Studies Admission Test” links on the menu panel on the left-hand sidebar of the online portal
• Only submitted applications will be considered for USAT Test and applications in save or incomplete mode will not be entertained.
• The test fee for Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) is PKR 1,200/- per candidate. Candidates will deposit the fee amount in Habib Bank Limited Account no. 1742 7900 1334 01. Title of Account: Higher Education Commission.
• Applicants are required to send a copy of the Fee Deposit Slip/ATM/Online transfer through courier at the address: Member’s house, HEC Sector H-8, Islamabad before the last date of registration.
• The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
