USAT Registration Online 2025

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the schedule for USAT Registration Online 2025. The registration process will officially begin on 17th August 2025 and the last date for submission is 9th September 2025. Students who wish to seek admission in undergraduate programs across Pakistan are required to register for the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) within this period. Applicants are advised to complete the online registration process well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply for USAT 2025:
• Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent (12 years of education).
• Awaiting final examination results and expecting to complete HSSC or equivalent by the test date.

• Essay writing skills 400-500 words (either in english or Urdu): 25
• Any score above and equal to 50 will be considered a qualifying USAT score. The maximum anyone can score on USAT would be the perfect score of 100.

• In case of any query during the online registration, please visit onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or visit HEC regional offices for guidance.
• Application Submission comprises two steps: profile completion using the “My Profile” section and application submission using the “Undergraduate Studies Admission Test” links on the menu panel on the left-hand sidebar of the online portal
• Only submitted applications will be considered for USAT Test and applications in save or incomplete mode will not be entertained.
• The test fee for Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) is PKR 1,200/- per candidate. Candidates will deposit the fee amount in Habib Bank Limited Account no. 1742 7900 1334 01. Title of Account: Higher Education Commission.
• Applicants are required to send a copy of the Fee Deposit Slip/ATM/Online transfer through courier at the address: Member’s house, HEC Sector H-8, Islamabad before the last date of registration.
• The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
