Welcome to AJK Medical College Admissions 2025

This portal facilitates the admission process for MBBS and BDS programs in Public Sector Medical/Dental Colleges of Pakistan and AJ&K for eligible (First Class State Subject) candidates. Admissions are based strictly on merit, as per the Admission Policy of AJ&K Government.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Academic Performance:
   • Merit is calculated based on marks obtained in elective science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics/Mathematics).
   • Minimum 60% aggregate score required in FSC/A level/ equivalent HSSC examination.
2. MDCAT Exam:
   • Minimum 55% for MBBS and 50% for BDS required in National MDCAT-2023 or MDCAT-2024.
   • Exceptions:
     • Foreign students on special program seats.
     • Overseas Pakistanis on reserved seats.
     • These students must qualify SAT-II (550 minimum score per subject), foreign MCAT, or UCAT (50% marks) as per PM&DC regulations.

Merit Calculation

• Weightage:
  • SSC/Matriculation/Equivalent: 10%
  • HSSC/F.Sc. Pre-Medical/Equivalent: 40%
  • MDCAT: 50%

Admission Procedure

Online Application Process:

1. Register on the web portal using your email ID and password.
2. Enter your profile information and upload scanned mandatory documents:
   • State Subject Class-I
   • Domicile
   • PRC
   • CNIC
   • Differently abled persons Certificate (if applicable)
   • Photograph
   • Signatures
   • Left thumb impression (LTI)
3. Note: Refugees 1947 and 1989 are exempt from PRC and Domicile Certificate respectively.
4. List your preferred medical and dental colleges in order of preference.
5. Recheck your quota/category before final submission.
6. Students with disabilities must tick the relevant box and upload required documents.
7. Submit the application and pay the non-refundable Processing Fee (Rs. 3000 + Rs. 400 IT charges) through Easy Paisa Shop/Debit Card/online bank.

Additional Information:

• The application process is completely online.
• No manual or paper-based applications are accepted.
• The order of preferences cannot be changed after submission.
• An email will be sent to the candidate’s email ID upon submission.
